I've recently joined the surgery and I am absolutely thrilled with the support I've had. Everyone I've met so far has been friendly, helpful and approachable. It has been easy to get appointments at times to suit me. I like being able to book appointments on-line. I would like to specifically mention Phil, who I know is retiring this week. Phil...thank you very much for your assistance and support...I hope you have the most amazing retirement and get to do all the things you want to!
As far as GP surgeries go I think they do a great job. Unlike others you can call anytime of day to make an appointment and can usually get one within a couple of days. The staff are all friendly and I would definitely recommend it

Have come to this surgery for 16 years. Lovely doctors, very friendly and always take the time needed to explain things for myself my daughter and my severely autistic son.
Fantastic Dr's surgery in Birmingham, I have been under several surgeries in 28 years & I can hand on heart say this is the best surgery I've been to, the Dr's & advanced practice nurse is fantastic at there job & includes patients in with the decisions what are made. The reception staff are very polite & friendly & they have time to help people. Could not ask for any more from any of the staff

I have been with this practice now for about twenty five years and I've never yet had a complaint. I have recently been quite ill with a chest infection and am very concerned about another aspect of my health. Dr Singh treated me with great respect and compassion, answering all my questions and understanding my concerns. He, along with Dr Giddings are in their profession for all the right reasons. Thank you
I would like to Thank Dr Singh who I visited at the surgery whilst pregnant. I didn't quite feel myself and decided to visit my midwife who was concerned but couldn't find anything wrong with me. I then saw Dr Singh who sent me straight to hospital and whilst admitted found I had a Virus called CMV which is particularly bad in pregnancy. I am so grateful to him for the support he gave me over the remaining 3 months of my pregnancy and continues to do so now that my son has been born. I cannot put into words how good it is to feel that you are not just "another patient". He took time to listen and not rush me out of the surgery on every visit and even when he called me to check up which I have not experienced before. THANK YOU DR SINGH I now entrust my son to your care for any future illness.

hospital wonderful caring staff, doctors and surgeons. My op went smoothly and very pleased with the whole service. Nice and helpful staff. Thanks everyone.
I attended the Priory hospital for the removal of kidney stones. I would like to say a big thank You to ALL the staff. Catering facilities and staff, fantastic and the care by all the consultants, doctors and nursing staff was exceptional. I have attended alternative private hospitals previously for the same procedure and the difference in quality of all round care was superb. Many thanks again to everyone.

A friend of mine was admitted here and all the staff were amazing. They were all so kind and caring. Thank you to everyone
Father was on ward 8 for 3 months. Fantastic place for rehab. Majority of staff friendly and helpful. Awful food which needs to be improved. Had negative effects on father's mental health and other patients felt same way. Please improve.

I'm a patient here it's very good place to be they have helped me with everything
As a family member of a new admission to the Janet Barnes unit I can honestly say I am overwhelmed with the support we have received. Nothing is too much trouble. We feel listened to and most of all the staff are caring, considerate and professional. Extremely capable, pro active, structured and willing to learn. I have no concerns for my loved one who is overwhelmed that staff have helped her to walk alone (something she hasn't done for over 12 months in a previous care home)Well done Hunters Moor and thank you. Long may this standard continue
